The swiss watches replica online Gallery was invited to attend the Bremont Victory replica watch launch on the HMS Victory in Portsmouth.
The evening was to officially unveil the much-anticipated Bremont Victory replica watch, made using parts of Nelson’s original warship, the HMS Victory, which is docked in Portsmouth. The launch was a resounding success for the Bremont brothers, who we interviewed on camera for The replica watch Gallery’s Guide pages and also for City Am.
Journalists were taken aboard the Victory for a guided tour before the launch party, which was absolutely fascinating. We visited Nelson’s quarters, where he wrote his final letter on the morning of his death, we were taken around the cramped and squalid conditions the sailor’s had lived in and we stood in the spot where Nelson died, after hearing the news that he had won the Battle of Trafalgar.
Guests were treated to champagne and ship-inspired canapés aboard the Victory. We also witnessed (and heard!) an original 1805 canon being fired, which was incredibly loud. Bremont mens replica co-founder Giles English revealed he’d needed to get permission from the local port authorities in order to fire the canon, as the strength of the sound could shatter nearby car windows!
The beauty of this new replica watch is that it not only contains original parts of the Victory ship, so you’re wearing a piece of history on your wrist, but it has also used a cast of Nelson’s original seal fob, which has been hand engraved into the back of the case. The design was also based on Nelson’s pocket replica watch, with everything produced in Britain.
